The point of the upcoming "No Words Wednesday" posts are to show an image (or a few) that "say" what we want, without typing. I'm starting personal training sessions Monday and Wednesday of next week for the next three months. It's just time. So, while this Wednesday I'm taking time to explain what this week's post means, from now on our mid-week post will have no words. I got this idea from Living A Changed Life, who posts a 'Wordless Wednesday' each week. I love the idea. So here is our "No Words Wednesday" post for this week about Fitness.
