After 5 months, and completely abandoning this blog, we've decided to bring it back. It seemingly keeps us on track with our menu planning...So here's the Monday Menu Plan!
Sunday - Grilled chicken, pasta salad, corn on the cob, and baked beans at Chels's parents'.
Monday - Make your own pizzas - store-bought Naan bread with regular pizza toppings.
Tuesday - Cheeseburgers and french fries.
Wednesday - Cheese quesadillas and homemade salsa.
Thursday - Chicken sausage & pierogies.(which now I remember that we never bought the stuff for this at the store...so change of plans)!
Friday - Tennessee White Chicken Chili (new) Get the recipe here!
Saturday - Family BBQ
Thanks to the few people that still follow this blog after 5 months of no blogging! See you again this week!

Friday Favorite Finds: February
Hope your Valentine's Day was special! The blog hiatus once again, we apologize for. But it comes with good news....
I GOT A JOB! I'm an admin/social media/everything person at a Siding/Roofing/Windows & Doors/Remodeling company locally. It's been almost a month, and I started as temporary, but found out this week that Monday I get a raise and start full-time. Praise The Lord.
So in honor of Friday and my lack of blogging, but my surge in nightly Pinteresting... Today I'm linking up with SnoWhite for Friday Favorite Finds.
First comes this Chicken Parmesan Casserole from Emily Bites.
My mother-in-law's birthday is next week, and I thought she would enjoy this for dinner. Along with salad and garlic knots/Texas Toast.
Next up is White Bean Hummus. Yes. Yum.
I already bought all the ingredients for this baby. Er, I mean hummus. Lemon, EVOO, Canellini Beans instead of Garbanzos, and a Parmesan Seasoning Blend. Okay I didn't buy everything yet - the grocery store didn't have the packet, but I bet Wal-Mart does. If they don't, I suppose I could blindly throw a bunch of spices in the food processor and pray. Or just use thyme, oregano, some Parmesan, and probably garlic. Definitely garlic.
Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies from Kitchen Trial & Error
I think of those double-chocolate cookies from the places in the mall. Then I think, yes, oatmeal was a fantastic addition. Then I want to go get all the ingredients and bake them tonight. I just might. Hubby would be happy.
Southwestern Wagon Wheels from Taste of Home
Leave it to a food magazine to combine tomato soup with salsa and ground beef (plus a few other ingredients), and make a sauce for pasta. Again, I want to eat this right now. But it's Friday, and it's Lent. No meat. I suppose this could be meatless, but there's no fun in that. It'll be on the menu next week for sure, though. Just not on Friday.
OK. I guess I 'pinned' a lot of non-food items this week, but these are my favorites. And now I'm hungry. You're welcome for the over share.
Don't forget to pin from the original posters, and not my blog. And Happy Friday!
